| MEMBERSHIP
RICAA membership is available to anyone who
is committed to ending discrimination and to actively protecting
and supporting Affirmative Action.
RICAA meets on the last Wednesday
of each month, and there are no membership dues. Support
for the organization is from donations from business and individual
contributions. The major fund-raiser is an Affirmative Action
Youth Conference, normally held in the late fall.
RICAA's goals are achieved by the convening
of three (3) Focus Committees:
- Discrimination in Higher Education
- Discrimination in the Media
- Government/Cities/Towns: Affirmative Action
