| YOUTH CONFERENCE
2003: YOUTH WILL SET US FREE!
RICAA's mission is economic equity for all
women, minorities, and protected classes by fostering Affirmative
Action to eliminate racism, bigotry and discrimination. Our
Fall Affirmative Action Youth Conference: "2004:Open the Door
for Youth to do More", was held on March 23, 2004 at Rhode Island
College.
This conference featured several nationally-known
keynote speakers, best practices model youth and business diversity
programs, and speak-outs on Discrimination in the Media, Implications
of the recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling on Affirmative Action,
and Discrimination in Higher Education.
